What we offer
Recreational Classes
Recreational dance is designed for dancers who have a desire to explore various genres of dance with a non-competitive approach. Dancers will participate in community performances, parades, and Winter/Spring Showcases.
Winter/Spring Showcase & Costume Fees
Our dance Showcase is a time for dancers to demonstrate dance skills and choreography learned in class throughout the year and to have an opportunity to dance in a professional theatrical setting. In order to participate in the Showcase, all monthly tuition balances, costume fee(s), and a $65 registration fee for each dancer must be paid for in full with a zero balance. Each dancer must purchase a costume for each dance performance that they are cast in. Costumes fees and deadline pay dates will be announced.
Competition/Company Teams
Our competitive dance teams are designed for dancers who have a desire to perform outside of the studio and want to experience a higher level of dance education, choreography, and technical training. Dancers who seek competitive teams have a strong passion to learn dance as an art form or would like to pursue professional dance careers in the entertainment industry or would like to audition for college dance teams. Dancers must audition for the team and attend mandatory dance intensives/conventions, and competitions. Dancers must attend 3-4 mandatory dance competitions during the season plus a National Dance Competition during the month of June or July. Dancers are required to attend mandatory classes and group rehearsals 3-4 days per week.
Pre/Professional Industry Program
Our professional industry pathway is for teens and adults who would like to pursue a professional dance career after high school. Dancers who would like to pursue a pathway leading into the entertainment industry, will attend professional dance conventions/intensives and have access to booking professional jobs. For dancers who wish to pursue auditioning for college dance teams, dancers will be required to attend and compete at professional dance conventions and attend Tribe 99. Dancers under 18 must be a member of our company team.
